We never see your login credentials
Meerakl connects to your Instagram and WhatsApp through official APIs. We never ask for your passwords. Your accounts stay fully under your control.

Every business on Meerakl is completely isolated. No other business can see your customers, messages, or orders. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Encrypted and isolated
All data is encrypted when sent and when stored. Your login details and tokens are encrypted before we save them. Every business can only access their own data — it’s technically impossible to see someone else’s.
Your accounts, your control
You connect your own social accounts via secure OAuth. We never hold master access to your conversations. You can disconnect anytime and we lose access immediately.
Minimal data collection
We only store what’s needed to run your dashboard — customer contacts, message history, and order data. We don’t mine your data, sell it, or use it for advertising. No hidden tracking, no third-party data sharing.
NDPR compliant
Meerakl complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). We process personal data lawfully, collect only what's necessary, and give you full control over your customers' information.
Why your accounts are safe with us
Some platforms use master accounts to send messages on behalf of all their customers. If that platform gets compromised, every business is affected.
Meerakl is different. Each business connects their own Instagram and WhatsApp accounts securely. Your credentials are encrypted and used only to send messages on your behalf. We never pool accounts, and we never hold a master key to your messages.

Common questions about how we handle your data
Can Meerakl read my personal messages?
No. Meerakl only connects to your business accounts through official APIs (Meta Graph API). Your personal messages are completely separate and untouched.
Can other businesses on Meerakl see my data?
Absolutely not. Every business has its own isolated data environment enforced at the database level. It’s technically impossible for one business to access another’s data.
What happens if I delete my account?
All your data — customers, messages, orders, and stored credentials — is permanently deleted. We don't retain backups of deleted accounts.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (AWS). All connections are encrypted and access is tightly controlled so only your business can see your data.
Does Meerakl share my data with third parties?
No. We do not sell, share, or provide your data to any third party. The only external services that interact with your data are Meta (for messaging) and Paystack (for payments) — all using your own accounts.
